2024 was a year of both deep transformation and quiet resilience at Welcome Home Collaborative. As we continued our mission to provide affordable housing and life coaching, we witnessed individuals rebuilding and reconnecting their lives. Together we strengthened our programs, expanded community partnerships, and deepened our commitment to transforming lives.

Yet this year also brought a profound loss. Pastor John Suguitan, our beloved Executive Director and spiritual cornerstone, passed away. While our community is devastated, his legacy lives on in every act of compassion, every life uplifted, and every home restored. As we reflect on the coming years, we do so with gratitude for his leadership and with renewed resolve to carry forward the mission he so fiercely championed.

Who We Are

For over 15 years, Welcome Home Collaborative has served the community by providing affordable housing and a

structured life coach program for individuals in need and/or experiencing hardship. What began as a small effort has grown into a lasting presence, rooted in faith and built on years of compassionate service.

What We Do

Structured Second Chances

Two-year, affordable housing and a life coach program for individuals and families experiencing hardship or

homelessness in the city of Cincinnati. Individuals contribute a program fee to participate which helps to sustain

housing, life coach program, and support services. Our program aids program participants in establishing a

personalized life plan while discovering a place of belonging and safety.

One-on-One Life Coaching

All individuals and family heads are assigned a trained Life Coach. The engagement of the Life

Coach and the creation of a personalized life plan are the main factors in helping participants

transform their lives. Each personalized Life Plan includes short- and long term, quantifiable SMART

Goals using the Arizona Self Sufficiency Matrix.
